Warranty, Exchange, and Return Policy

Inspection and Ownership
Upon receipt, please inspect all products at the Proshop Royal facility, your warehouse, or at the freight carrier’s site. Once the product is in your or the freight carrier's possession, ownership transfers to you. Proshop Royal assumes no responsibility for transit damages if we are not handling the delivery. A signed Bill of Lading (BOL) upon receipt confirms the product’s good condition unless exceptions are noted, and we are informed immediately.
Note: Refurbished products may contain minor cosmetic blemishes and cannot be returned for this reason.
Order Cancellation
If a Sales Order is canceled after it has been signed or a deposit has been made, a 10% restocking fee applies. Sales Orders left open for more than 14 days without completion will be deemed canceled.
Warranty Terms
Products, whether new, factory-refurbished, or third-party refurbished, are sold “as is” with warranties provided solely through the manufacturer, unless otherwise specified. Proshop Royal disclaims all other warranties to the fullest extent permissible by law, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
European products and televisions are sold without warranty.
Warranty is void if:
- The product is physically damaged from misuse or improper handling.
- Attempts are made to repair, modify, or alter the product.
- Manufacturer’s seals, serial numbers, or labels are tampered with or missing upon return.
Returns Under Manufacturer Warranty
Returns associated with manufacturer warranties are subject to the manufacturer’s warranty terms and policies.
Return Authorization
Do not return any product(s) without first submitting an RMA request and obtaining an RMA number from Proshop Royal’s RMA Department. Contact us at rma@proshoproyal.com to initiate a request, or click the button below to submit your RMA directly.
RMA Process
Once an RMA number is issued, return the defective item to Proshop Royal. We will inspect, repair, or replace the item at our discretion. If repair or replacement is not possible, a credit will be issued.
Customer Representations for Returns
By returning a product, you confirm it was purchased from Proshop Royal, is genuine and non-defective, and adheres to our policy. We reserve the right to inspect returned products. Counterfeit or non-conforming items will be managed per legal requirements, including reporting to regulatory authorities if necessary.
